There are many different ways to cook rice – this one is really simple:
1. Add 60g of Basmati per person to a large pan of boiling water.
2. Cook on a medium heat for 25 minutes.
3. Drain well, cover and let stand for 3 minutes then lightly fork through the grains and serve.

Recipes
Perfect for a quick and healthy tomato and mushroom rice. In heated oil, fry pureed tomatoes for 5 mins. Then add the chopped tomatoes, kalonji and chilli powder. Fry the mushrooms separately and stir in the tomato mix and cooked rice. Serve with a sprinkle of coriander. Cook the Tilda Brown Basmati as per pack instructions.
