Bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperatures, all the nutritional richness of the grain of wheat, including fibre, vitamins and minerals, are maintained with the safety of organic without sacrificing the delicious taste. Fusilli has excellent cooking yield and offers the perfect consistency and bite. Ideal for light sauces served with fish or vegetables.
